As a professional therapist I am used to taking detailed notes about the work that I do with my clients. This is primarily for two reasons:

1. It provides a good history of what treatments were given and why,
2. The notes can act as a catalyst to developing new styles or methods of treatment.

I have published some of the more interesting case studies for people to read. They are completely anonymous and gender may even have been changed to protect the identity of the clients.
