Hope that this is what you meant when I asked if I could leave a testimonial.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for what you've helped me achieve in giving up smoking after just one session.
The hardest part of the process was picking up the telephone to make the appointment. After that it was simple. I have had no desire to smoke a cigarette since. I did feel very strange after the therapy but given the fact that I was a heavy smoker, it was my body taking about 3 days to right itself, during that time, I didn't want a cigarette, but was aware of the changes taking place. A tingling in hands and feet as circulation returned to normal, breathing sweet air again, my skin starting to glow with health. Actual euphoria on waking in the mornings and feeling fantastic. Incredible.
So thanks again for a life changing experience, one that I would whole heartedly recommend to anyone.

Dennis changed my life
Hi Dennis
Over the last few years I have been suffering with anxiety and depression I have suffered with that for about 5 years. I tried all things to help me like anti depressants Chinese medicine and none of them worked but one day I was looking in the local newspaper and I saw an advert for hypnotherapy, the Hypnotherapist was Dennis McCarthy so I gave him a call as a last resort he told me to come and see him and if he can help me he will. I went to see Dennis and what a very nice man he is he told me that he could help me so I gave it a go. Now since I have had therapy with Dennis he has changed my life dramatically. Before I was afraid of closed spaces I was thinking all things like I’m dying, but now I am so happy full of life I even went on a aeroplane which I never dreamed of doing. When I look back at what I was and now what I am my life was in shreds until I met Dennis. If you are frightened of being hypnotised don’t be because it was the best thing I have ever done in my whole life. Thanks to Dennis McCarthy thank you Dennis.
